The Daredevil Project: Nelson and Murdock panel

The law firm of Nelson and Murdock has been established since the first issue of Daredevil in 1964. The two college roommates decided to go into practice together, and their rocky but always devoted friendship has been a staple in the Daredevil saga.

The Nelson and Murdock panel chronicles this duo from their times in college, long before Foggy was privy to the exceptional skills Matt possessed. The first art is from John Romita, Jr., in “Man Without Fear”. One of my favorite scenes before the public knew about Matt being DD is from Volume 1, art by Cary Nord. Foggy’s reaction is priceless. The remaining panels are from Alex Maleev’s art in Volume 2, showcasing some more of my personal favorite moments between Matt and Foggy.

The Braille at the top reads “Friends” and “Partners”, and the individual portraits read “Foggy” and “Matt”. ┬áThe line at the lower right is my signature, “Alice Lynch”.
